Cookie Policy
One essential cookie, two functional browser values, and no trackers. Here is exactly what is stored and how to change what you allow.

01The short version
Noxira sets one cookie: an essential record of your cookie choice. We run no advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and no analytics cookies. A couple of non-cookie values live in your browser to make the site work — your language and the Guide's memory.
You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
02Essential — always on
noxira_consent — a first-party cookie that stores your consent choice (a version number and whether you allowed the optional categories) so we do not ask again on every visit. It holds no personal data. It is set with SameSite=Lax and, over HTTPS, the Secure flag; it lasts about six months. It is readable by the site's own code — that is required so an optional script can be blocked until you allow it — and it is never sent to any third party.
These cannot be switched off, because the site cannot function or remember your choice without them.
03Functional browser storage (not cookies)
noxira-locale — remembers whether you are reading in English or Arabic. Stored in localStorage, never sent to us.
The Guide's memory — a small note that you have met Nox and roughly what you looked at, so the introduction is not repeated and the Guide is not repetitive. Behavioural only, never who you are. Stored in your browser, never sent to us.
These are localStorage, not cookies, so they never travel with a request. Clearing your browser data removes them.
04Analytics — a first-party count, only if you allow it
Noxira sets no analytics cookie and loads no third-party analytics script. If you allow the Analytics category, the site sends a small first-party count of a few events to its own server — a page viewed, a WhatsApp, email or Instagram button tapped, a project enquiry sent — with the page path and your language, and nothing that identifies you. It is used to learn which pages lead to conversations. If you do not allow the category, nothing is sent.
05Marketing — not used
Noxira uses no advertising or marketing cookies and embeds no ad or social tracking pixels. The Marketing switch records your preference for the same forward-looking reason; nothing in this category is active today.
06Changing or withdrawing your choice
Open “Cookie preferences” in the footer at any time to change categories or withdraw consent. Turning a category off updates the stored choice and prevents any optional script in that category from loading; if one had loaded, it stops being run on the next page load. You can also clear the cookie by clearing your browser's site data, which brings the banner back.
07Changes to this policy
If we add a cookie or a category, we raise the consent version — which asks you again — and update this page and the date at the top. We do not make quiet changes.
