Privacy

We use no advertising trackers or third-party tracking scripts. The only cookie we set is an essential one that remembers your cookie choice. If you allow the Analytics category, the site counts a handful of anonymous events — a page viewed, a WhatsApp or email button tapped — with no cookie and nothing that identifies you; if you do not, nothing is counted. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we have nothing to sell to anyone.

The only personal information we hold is what you deliberately send us through the project form or by email.

When you use “Start a project”, we receive what you enter: your email address (required so we can reply), and optionally your name, a short message, and the scope options you selected — what you want built, a budget range and a timeline.

If you email us directly, we receive whatever your message contains.

Nothing else about your visit is recorded by us. We do not log your IP address or browsing behaviour for our own purposes.

Two small values are kept in your own browser, never sent to us: your language choice (English or Arabic), and a note that you have already met Nox, so the introduction is not repeated on every visit.

These two are ordinary browser storage, not cookies, and they never leave your device. Separately, one small essential cookie records your cookie-consent choice so the banner does not reappear every visit — it holds only that choice (never anything personal). The Cookie Policy lists everything in full. Clearing your browser data removes all of them.

This site is hosted by Vercel, which operates the servers that deliver it. Like any host, Vercel processes standard request data in order to serve the page and keep the service running.

When you send a project enquiry, it reaches us by email — and, depending on how our intake is configured, may pass through our email provider or our internal team chat. It is not shared beyond that.

We keep project enquiries for as long as the conversation is useful — while we are talking, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us.

If you would like us to delete your enquiry and any correspondence, ask and we will.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to founders@noxira.app and we will act on it.

Because we collect so little, these requests are usually simple to answer.

This is a studio’s business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If what we do with information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated. We do not make quiet changes.
