AI agents that act, not just chat

A chatbot answers. An agent acts: looks up the order, changes the booking, issues the refund within its limit, escalates when it should. We build agents with tools, memory and guardrails, and we wire them into the systems where the work actually happens.

01What an AI agent is

An AI agent is a language model given a goal, a set of tools it may call, and rules for how to behave. It reads the situation, decides which tool to use, uses it, checks the result, and continues until the job is done or a rule says to stop and ask a person. That loop — reason, act, observe — is what separates an agent from a chatbot that can only reply. How AI agents work explains the mechanics.

02Agents we build

Customer service agents
Answer from your policies and order data, take actions within limits, and hand over to a person with a full summary. On web chat, WhatsApp, email and voice.
Sales agents
Qualify enquiries, answer product questions, quote from your price list, book the demo, and keep the CRM honest. AI sales automation in practice.
Operations agents
Process orders, bookings and documents; reconcile between systems; watch for exceptions and raise them.
Voice agents
The same capability on the phone — answering, booking, confirming and following up in English and Arabic. See voice agents.
Internal copilots
Agents for your own team: ask the CRM a question in plain language, draft the report, prepare the week's numbers.

03How we make agents safe

  • Least privilege. An agent gets only the tools it needs, with limits — a refund cap, a read-only view, a list of allowed actions.
  • Evaluations before deployment. A suite of real scenarios from your business, run on every change, so a prompt edit cannot quietly break behaviour.
  • Human checkpoints. Actions above a threshold wait for approval. The agent prepares; a person confirms.
  • Full traces. Every decision, tool call and result is logged, so you can see why the agent did what it did.
  • Graceful failure. When the agent is unsure, it says so and escalates — with context — rather than guessing.

04Where agents live

Inside the tools you already use. We build agents that work through the APIs of your CRM, ERP, helpdesk, booking system, POS and messaging channels, and we build the tools where none exist.

05Process and pricing

An agent pilot — one role, your data, an evaluation suite — takes around four weeks from QAR 30,000. Production deployment in your cloud, with guardrails and monitoring, follows from QAR 70,000. Multi-agent platforms are scoped individually.

Questions we get asked

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot generates replies. An agent can also use tools — look up a record, change a booking, send a confirmation — and works through a task step by step until it is done or needs a person. Agents get work done; chatbots talk about it.

Can an AI agent work with our existing software?

Yes, through its API. We have built agents against CRMs, ERPs, POS systems, booking engines, helpdesks and messaging platforms, and we build connectors where a system has no public API.

How do you stop an agent from doing something wrong?

Limits on what tools it may call and how far it may go, an evaluation suite run on every change, approval checkpoints for consequential actions, and full logging. The agent is built to ask when unsure.

Do you build AI agents in Qatar?

Yes — Noxira is based in Doha and builds agents for businesses across Qatar and the GCC, in English and Arabic, and for clients worldwide.

How much does an AI agent cost to build?

From QAR 30,000 for a scoped pilot and from QAR 70,000 for a production deployment. Running costs depend on volume and model choice, and we show them to you before launch.
