Mobile apps that feel native, from one codebase
We build apps that feel native on iPhone and Android from one codebase: launched on both stores, with offline sync, push notifications and the polish that keeps people coming back.
01What we build
- Customer apps — ordering, booking, loyalty, delivery tracking and accounts for restaurants, retailers and service businesses.
- Business and field apps — for staff on the floor, drivers on the road, inspectors on site: offline first, synced when connected.
- Companion apps for a web platform or SaaS product — the same backend, the native experience.
- AI-powered apps — assistants, voice, vision and recommendations inside the app. See AI development.
02How we build
React Native with Expo and TypeScript, so one team ships to iOS and Android together; Swift and Kotlin where a native module is the right tool; SQLite for offline data and Firebase or your own backend for sync and push. We handle App Store and Google Play submission, and updates ship over the air without waiting for review where the platforms allow it.
03Process
- Discover — the users, the moments the app must win, and the platform features that matter (camera, location, payments, notifications).
- Design — flows and screens prototyped and tested on real devices before we build.
- Build — a working build on your phone within the first weeks, then weekly.
- Launch — store listings, review, analytics, crash reporting, and a plan for the first month.
04Pricing and timeline
An MVP on one platform takes about eight weeks; both stores from one codebase about twelve. Fixed price after scoping.
05Mobile apps in Qatar and the GCC
The Gulf is a mobile-first market with high smartphone use, Arabic and English audiences, and payment habits — cards, wallets, cash on delivery — that an app must respect. We build for both stores, both languages and right-to-left layout from the start. App development in Qatar explains the local details.

Questions we get asked
How much does it cost to build a mobile app in Qatar?
Noxira's MVPs on one platform start from QAR 45,000 and cross-platform apps for both stores from QAR 80,000. Larger products with ongoing roadmaps run on a retainer. All quoted fixed-price after scoping.
iOS or Android first?
Usually both, from one React Native codebase. Where budget asks for one, we look at where your customers actually are — in the GCC that is often iOS-heavy for consumers and mixed for staff apps.
How long does it take to build an app?
About eight weeks for an MVP on one platform, twelve for both stores. You have a build on your phone within the first weeks.
Do you publish the app to the stores?
Yes. We handle listings, review and launch on App Store and Google Play, in developer accounts opened in your name.
Can the app work offline?
Yes. Offline-first data with sync is a standard part of our field and staff apps, and available for customer apps where it matters.
