Business automation that removes the re-typing
Most businesses run on people copying information from one place to another. We connect the places, so data is entered once and flows on its own — and we add AI to the steps that used to need a person to read something first.
01What we automate
- Approvals and workflows — purchase requests, leave, expenses, onboarding, with the right person notified at the right step.
- Order-to-cash — orders in, invoices out, payments reconciled, reminders sent.
- Reporting — the daily, weekly and monthly numbers compiled and delivered without anyone building a spreadsheet.
- Notifications — WhatsApp, SMS and email to customers and staff, triggered by real events.
- Data sync — CRM, ERP, POS, accounting and spreadsheets kept consistent automatically.
- Document handling — invoices, contracts, forms and IDs read, checked and filed by AI. See AI automation.
02Rules first, AI where it earns its place
Not every automation needs a model. When the data is structured and the rule is clear, plain, deterministic code is faster, cheaper and easier to trust. AI comes in where a step needs reading or judgement — an email to classify, a document to understand, a message to draft. We use each where it belongs, and we show you which is which.
03How it works
- Map the workflow with the people who run it, exceptions included.
- Connect the systems — through their APIs, or through adapters we build and document.
- Automate one loop end to end, with a person approving until the numbers earn trust.
- Widen to the next workflow. Each one is measured: time saved, errors removed, exceptions raised.
04Custom versus off-the-shelf automation
Tools like Zapier and Make are excellent for simple, low-volume links between popular apps, and we use them when they fit. They struggle with volume, regional systems, complex logic and anything that must be audited. For the workflows a business depends on, we build automation as software you own — tested, monitored and documented. How to automate a business walks through the decision.
Questions we get asked
What is business automation?
Software that carries data and decisions between the steps of a process without a person re-entering them — from a form submitted to an invoice paid — with people involved only where judgement or approval is needed.
Which processes should be automated first?
The one that is high-volume, repetitive, has a clear right answer and a tolerable cost of error. Usually that is order handling, reporting or customer notifications. We help you rank them on the first call.
Can you automate between systems that do not talk to each other?
Yes — through their APIs, exports, databases or email, with adapters built and documented by us. We say clearly when a system is a dead end.
How much does business automation cost?
A single workflow connecting two or three systems is typically a few weeks of work quoted fixed-price. AI-assisted automations start from QAR 30,000 as a pilot. Larger programmes are phased.
