AI automation for businesses

The work that eats your team's week — reading, sorting, replying, re-keying, chasing — can mostly be done by a system that reads and writes language. We build those systems, wire them into your tools, and keep a person in the loop where a mistake would cost you.

01What AI automation is

Traditional automation moves data between fixed fields: when a form is submitted, create a row. AI automation adds judgement to the flow: read this email and decide whether it is a complaint, a booking or spam; pull the amounts from this invoice; draft a reply in the customer's language; flag anything unusual for a person. It handles the unstructured majority of business work that rules-based tools could never reach.

02What we automate

AreaWhat the system doesWhat a person does
Customer serviceAnswers common questions from your policies, drafts replies, routes the restApproves edge cases, handles the upset customer
SalesQualifies enquiries, drafts quotes from your price list, schedules follow-upsCloses, negotiates, decides on discounts
OperationsReads orders, bookings and forms; updates the system of recordChecks exceptions the system flags
FinanceExtracts invoice data, matches to purchase orders, prepares reconciliationsApproves payments
ReportingCompiles the daily or weekly numbers and writes the summaryReads it, asks the next question
HR and adminScreens applications against criteria, answers policy questions, schedulesInterviews, decides

03How we build it

  1. Map the work. We sit with the people doing the task and write down every step, exception and system involved. Most automation projects fail here, by skipping this.
  2. Pick the first loop. One task, high volume, clear right answer, tolerable cost of error. That is the pilot.
  3. Build with a checkpoint. The system does the work and a person approves — at first everything, then only what the system is unsure about.
  4. Measure and widen. Accuracy, time saved and exceptions are tracked from day one. When the numbers hold, the next task joins the loop.

04Tools and integration

AI automation only pays off when it lives inside the tools you already use. We integrate with email, WhatsApp Business, CRMs, ERPs, POS systems, accounting software, spreadsheets and internal databases — through their APIs where they exist, and through carefully built connectors where they do not. See AI integration and business automation.

05AI automation in Qatar and the GCC

Regional businesses run in two languages, and much of the customer conversation happens on WhatsApp. The systems we build read and write English and Gulf Arabic, treat WhatsApp as a first-class channel, and respect where data may be stored. We are based in Doha and work across the GCC.

Questions we get asked

What is the difference between AI automation and regular automation?

Regular automation follows fixed rules between structured fields. AI automation can read and write language, so it handles unstructured work — emails, documents, conversations, judgement calls — and hands the rest to a person. Most real systems combine both.

How long does an AI automation project take?

A pilot on one task takes about four weeks. Extending it into a production system across a team is typically eight. Both are scoped and fixed-price before we start.

What does AI automation cost?

Pilots start from QAR 30,000 and production systems from QAR 70,000, depending on the number of systems integrated and the volume of work. We quote after a scoping call.

Will it replace our staff?

It replaces the parts of their day that are copying, sorting and re-typing. The people stay for the parts that need judgement, and the system is built so they approve its work rather than clean up after it.

Can it run on WhatsApp?

Yes. WhatsApp Business is one of the most common channels we automate in the GCC, for bookings, order status, customer questions and follow-ups, in Arabic and English.
