02How a Noxira project runs

1. Discover. We start with the business, the users and the problem — not a blank design file. A week or two of conversations and observation, ending in a written brief and a fixed quote.
2. Shape. The product, the experience and the technical foundation are defined before development starts: data model, integrations, the screens that matter most.
3. Design. Wireframe to high-fidelity, reviewed live in the browser, not in a slide deck.
4. Build. Working software to click within the first week or two, then a demo every week so we adjust course early, while change is cheap.
5. Launch and keep improving. We ship, monitor, learn, and keep improving the product with you — most clients keep us on a light monthly retainer.

03What it costs and how long it takes

Every project is quoted as a fixed, honest price after scoping. Internal tools and integrations are typically eight to fourteen weeks; larger platforms are phased so something useful ships early. There are no surprise invoices — if requirements change, we re-scope openly rather than bill quietly.

05Ownership

You own the code, the accounts and the documentation from day one. No lock-in — our job is to make ourselves replaceable.

We document as we go and hand over properly. Repositories, cloud accounts, domains and third-party services are opened in your name, not ours.

06Software development in Qatar and the GCC

We are based in Doha and most of our clients are in Qatar and the wider GCC. That means software that is bilingual and right-to-left from the first screen, invoices in QAR, a Friday–Saturday weekend in the scheduler, and an understanding of how business actually gets done here. We work worldwide as well, remotely, in your time zone's overlap.
