02What happens next
- We reply within a day, usually with a few questions about the business and the problem.
- A scoping conversation — in Doha or online — where we understand the users, the systems and what success looks like.
- A plan and a number: a written brief, a fixed price and a timeline. Working software follows within a week or two of starting.
03Where we are
Noxira is based in Doha, Qatar. We meet in person across Doha and work remotely across Qatar, the GCC and worldwide. Our working week runs Sunday to Thursday, and WhatsApp is read outside it.

05Useful to include
- What the business does and who the users are.
- The problem in one paragraph — the task, the queue, the spreadsheet, the missed calls.
- Systems already in place (CRM, POS, accounting, website) and whether they must stay.
- Timing and any budget range, if you have one. If not, that is fine; we will propose.
