ERP systems that fit the business, not the other way round
An ERP is the system a company runs on: stock, purchasing, sales, finance, people. Off-the-shelf ERPs make you adopt their process and pay per seat forever. We build ERP systems around your operation — the modules you need, connected, with reporting an owner actually reads.
01What we build
- Inventory and purchasing — stock across locations, suppliers, purchase orders, receiving, costing, low-stock alerts.
- Sales and invoicing — orders, deliveries, invoices in QAR or any currency, credit control, VAT-ready where applicable.
- Finance — ledgers, expenses, bank reconciliation, statements, close.
- People — staff records, attendance, shifts, payroll inputs.
- Multi-business and multi-branch — one command centre for a group of companies, venues or branches, with roles that respect who may see what.
- AI inside — documents read automatically, anomalies flagged, reports written in plain language. See AI integration.
02Build, extend, or replace?
Sometimes the right answer is an existing ERP, configured well and integrated properly — and we do that work. A custom ERP earns its place when the business is unusual, when licence costs are growing faster than the company, when the team has stopped using the system and gone back to spreadsheets, or when a group needs one view across several businesses. We audit first and recommend honestly.
03Our approach to ERP projects
- Audit the operation. Every process, every spreadsheet, every workaround. This is where most ERP projects go wrong and where ours start.
- Design the data model. Items, locations, partners, documents, money — right once, so every module agrees.
- Ship module by module. Inventory first, usually, because it is where the pain is; then purchasing, sales, finance. Each goes live on its own.
- Migrate and run in parallel. Old and new side by side until the numbers match and the team trusts it.
- Own it. Code, data and accounts in your name; documentation your team can follow.
04ERP for Qatar and the GCC
Regional businesses need Arabic and English, local calendars and weekends, multi-currency with QAR as home, and integrations with local banks and government-facing systems. We are based in Doha and build for the way business is done across the GCC.
Questions we get asked
What does a custom ERP cost?
It depends on modules and integrations; a first module such as inventory or purchasing is typically a two-to-three-month fixed-price build, and further modules are added in phases. We quote after an audit of your operation.
Custom ERP or Odoo, SAP, Oracle, ERPNext?
Configured existing ERPs are right for many businesses and we implement and integrate them. Custom is right when the process is unusual, licences outgrow the company, or a group needs a single view. We recommend honestly after an audit.
How long does ERP development take?
The first module is usually live within two to three months; a full system is phased over six to twelve months, with each module useful on its own.
Can you migrate data from our current system?
Yes — migration, cleaning and parallel running are part of every ERP project. Go-live happens when the numbers match, not on a date picked in advance.
What is the difference between ERP and CRM?
ERP runs the operation — stock, purchasing, finance, people. CRM runs the relationship — leads, deals, customers. Most businesses need both, connected. See our guide, CRM vs ERP.
