SaaS platforms with billing, roles and dashboards from day one

A SaaS product is a business inside a codebase: sign-up, teams, plans, billing, permissions, dashboards, support. We build the spine that gets those right the first time — so your team spends its energy on the product, not on re-plumbing it.

01What a SaaS foundation includes

  • Multi-tenancy — every customer's data isolated, every query scoped, from the first migration.
  • Authentication and teams — sign-up, invitations, roles and permissions that match how customers actually organise themselves.
  • Billing — plans, trials, upgrades, invoices and dunning, with Stripe or a regional gateway.
  • Admin tools — the internal console your team uses to support customers and watch the business.
  • Analytics — product usage and revenue you can act on, not vanity charts.
  • Operations — logging, monitoring, backups, environments and deploys that do not need a hero.

02We operate SaaS products of our own

Noxira designs, builds and operates multi-tenant SaaS products of its own — among them NobleTable, a product by Noxira, for restaurants. The advice on this page comes from running tenancy, billing, roles and admin tooling in production for paying customers, not from a slide.

03How we build

Next.js and TypeScript; PostgreSQL with Prisma; Stripe for billing; Redis for queues and caching; tRPC or REST APIs; deployed on AWS or Vercel. The same stack across the foundation and the product, so one team can own all of it. For a founder's view of the decisions, read How to build a SaaS platform.

04Process

  1. Shape the product. Who pays, for what, at which plan — before a line of code.
  2. Build the foundation. Auth, teams, billing and one core flow, working end to end, in about eight weeks.
  3. Ship the product. The features customers pay for, in weekly increments, on a foundation that will not need rebuilding.
  4. Operate. Monitoring, support tooling and a roadmap — with us on a retainer, or handed to your team.

05Pricing

Fixed price for the foundation, phased for the platform, quoted after scoping. Enterprise features — SSO, SLAs, compliance — are added when a customer asks for them, not before.

Questions we get asked

How much does it cost to build a SaaS platform?

Noxira's SaaS foundation — auth, teams, billing and one core flow — starts from QAR 60,000. A full platform with multi-tenancy, dashboards and admin tools starts from QAR 120,000. Enterprise scope is quoted individually.

How long does SaaS development take?

The foundation is about eight weeks; a full first platform about fourteen. Weekly demos from the first sprint.

Should we build on no-code tools first?

Sometimes. If you are still testing whether anyone wants the product, a no-code prototype is a cheap way to learn. If you already have paying customers or a clear model, building the foundation properly saves a painful migration later. We will tell you which applies.

Can you take over an existing SaaS codebase?

Yes. We audit, stabilise and extend existing platforms, and we are honest when a rebuild would cost less than a rescue.

Do you build SaaS for the Qatar and GCC market?

Yes — including regional payment gateways, Arabic and English interfaces, and data-residency choices. We also build for founders selling globally.
